Co-founder & CEO
Linh Pham is a design engineer, researcher, and inventor building inclusive technology at the intersection of AI, design, and healthcare. Born and raised in Vietnam before moving to the U.S., she has experienced firsthand how language barriers can limit access to care. She holds degrees from Brown and Harvard, and has led work at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Motional. Her work has been published in ACM and IEEE venues, and she is a named inventor on multiple patents.

Guided by universal design and a commitment to expanding access for underserved communities, she co-founded Lexi so anyone can access care with agency and dignity.

Siddharth UR is a designer, researcher, and healthcare innovator building equitable, human-centered health technology. Born and raised in India, he witnessed how structural barriers limit access to care, shaping his focus on impact-driven design. He holds a Master in Design Engineering from Harvard and has designed healthcare products across India, Africa, and the U.S.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and award-winning designer with 80+ international awards, Siddharth has worked at Philips Healthcare R&D and Mass General Brigham on patient monitoring, diagnostics, and AI-driven care systems.
